The Brief

Guinness Nigeria is a leading alcoholic beverage company producing and distributing iconic beer and spirit brands. The company engaged Excite Panacea to provide handholding, accompaniment and application support services for its over 700 field sales agents and a 100+ distributors across the country to herald the roll-out of its Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution and to mitigate issues around frequent system downtime, slow resolution times, high internal support costs, and limited IT capacity.

The Solution

Excite Panacea provided an end-to-end enterprise support service, including Twenty- five (25) agents deployed across six (6) divisions to provide support for the SFA users, proactive system monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and an IT Business Analyst to deliver real-time insights, user training, and performance optimization for Guinness Nigeria. The support service ran from 2017 up until January 2025.
